In 5% sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) at 90°C, calcium ions precipitate as calcium phosphate (Ca₃(PO₄)₂) scale. This scale has low thermal conductivity (0.3–0.6 W/m·K). The maximum allowable water hardness (as CaCO₃) to prevent overheating is 100 ppm. Above 100 ppm, scale thickness exceeds 0.2 mm within 500 hours, causing >30% issiqlik uzatishni kamaytirish.

Muhandislik bo'yicha tavsiya
