Blow Moulding Machine Heater Band

Blow moulding machine heater band normally uses mica and ceramic heater band for the heater exchange. The mica heater band is most cost effective as its price is cheaper and the heater exchange is also good. 

Heater bands are available with elements of different diameters and heights,  designed to heat and maintain the temperature  of cylindrical parts of the blow moulding machine. Heat transfer is usually  achieved by conduction or radiation for high  power heaters. They are suitable for solid  heating, liquids or gases heating.

Generally for this plug type, the mica heater band are with female plug, connected with high temperature T727 plug and wire. The diameter and the height of the band are customized depending on the machine that you are using.
